To Schedule: Each participant will have a scheduled appointment time. To schedule, please create an account in the patient portal, and specify a time slot for the event. (https://patient.unifiedpractice.com/StuckWithAva). You will need to create an account in my patient portal to schedule a specific time slot for the event.

You can schedule out a month in advance. If you are an established patient in my private practice, you can use the email address at which you receive confirmations and reminders.

Payment:The cost for the event is a sliding scale fee of $25-50. You get to choose how much in this range you pay for each visit, no questions asked. My goal is to make acupuncture accessible and affordable. Acupuncture is most effective when received regularly. It is my hope that with the sliding scale you will be able to receive treatment as frequently as you want and need. You may pay with cash, card, HSA card, or Venmo. A $2 service charge will be applied to all credit/debit/HSA transactions. Change will not be available for cash payments, so please bring what you plan to pay!
